The Conference Room

Our modern, air conditioned conference room offers peace and privacy, with abundant natural lighting and ample off-street parking. Opening onto a private courtyard, it provides the perfect setting for your next conference, meeting or team training.

The conference and meeting room is able to cater for up to 30 people, with a theatre design style, outside courtyard  and air conditioning.  The Park Motel Hawera specialises in conferences and meetings for small to medium sized groups; up to 30 in theatre style, 20 boardroom and 14 U-Shape

Conference Room Hire
Half Day (4 Hours) – $120
Full Day Hire (8 Hours) – $185

Included in the hirage rates are the following:
